For sponsors and exhibitors who have secured a meeting space, HealthIMPACT will provide the essentials below.

  • 2 chairs
  • Black tablecloths only

What You Can Bring

  • One six-foot retractable banner
  • Branded tablecloths and materials for distribution
  • No pop-ups — space is limited
  • Large screens/monitors not recommended (building security; limited freight elevator access)
  • Ship materials to arrive on or before Friday, October 2nd

Shipping Information

Ship items to arrive a maximum of two business days prior — aim for delivery on October 2nd. Storage is limited, so shipments cannot be held for long.

Receive a max of two business days before the event. Aim for October 2nd. Limited storage means no long holds.

How to Ship

Use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. A tracking number is required to retrieve your shipment. Send tracking numbers and box counts to andrea@purposeevents.com.

Shipping FAQ

  • Always include a return label for each package — they cannot be generated on-site.
  • UPS and FedEx have regularly scheduled daily pickups; the last pickup is at 3:00 PM.
  • FedEx Ground does not have regularly scheduled pickups at this location.
  • Shipping office is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Materials are usually stored with the events team on the 5th and/or 6th floor once they arrive.
  • Shipping is strongly recommended due to tight building security. To load/carry items in, arrange in advance with the events team and building.
  • Facilities are not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged items.

The Microsoft lobby does not open until 8:00 AM — you will not be allowed in the building until then. Elevator space is limited; only bring what you can carry in your arms. Anything larger must be shipped.
