HealthIMPACT Live gathered panelists and speakers to help professionals navigate an extraordinary time. The president and co-founder of The Moral Injury of Healthcare, Wendy Dean, MD, presented the keynote “Beyond Applause - Embracing System-Wide Change to Help Healthcare Heroes Heal.” A panel of diverse speakers including Peter Pronovost, MD (University Hospitals), Karen Murphy (Geisinger Healthy System), John Halamka, MD (Mayo Clinic Platform) and Cris Ross (Mayo Clinic) presented “Post-Covid How Has The Healthcare System We Want Changed” as a joint keynote.

Many speakers and panels focused on the many rapid changes in healthcare as the industry pivots to tele-health. Others spoke about the impact of the current moment and the long-lasting innovations the industry is experiencing in real-time.
