Reality of Resilience - Empowering the Hybrid Healthcare Workforce and Improving Outcomes for Virtual Health

The HealthIMPACT Fall Forum focused on ways the build and empower a resilient healthcare workforce through interoperability, adaptive clinician experience, clean workflows, and patient-centered virtual care.

Key panels of experts and specialists spoke on critical issues. Deb Muro (El Camino Health), Christopher Kunney (Juno Health), Ashish Atreja, MD, MPH (UC Davis Health) and Shahid Shah (Medigy.com) presented “Protect Your Providers From Critical Burnout and Information Overload.” Mohan Giridharadas (LeanTaas) and Steve Hess (UCHealth) spoke about “Leveraging AI to Fix Broken Math and Optimize Use of Costly Healthcare Assets.” John Kravitz, MHA, CHCIO (Geisinger Health System), Sandra Powell-Elliot (Hackensack-Meridian Health), Sameer Badlani, MD (M Health Fairview) and Rhonda Blatti (Service Now) spoke on a panel entitled “Improving the Clinician Experience and Relationship with Technology.”

The Fall Forum concluded with roundtables about “Making Hybrid Healthcare Work for Clinical and IT Teams” and “Making Hybrid Healthcare Work for Patients and CareGivers.”
