The opening keynote, “Reimagining the Patient Journey from Diagnosis to Ongoing Care Management,” set the tone for our Spring Forum. Panels and speakers of experts looked at ways to improve the patient experience at every step.

“Automating Accessibility - Improving Patient Experience from Intake to Education to Improved Outcomes” brought together a panel of Megan Carey (Common Look), Airica Steed, Ed.D, RN (Sinai Health System), Jan Smith Reed (T-Base Communications) moderated by Shahid Shah. Robert Groves (Banner Aetna) and Mark Reardon, MD, MBA (UpStream Care) discussed “What does door to door healthcare delivery look like in a value-based and patient-centered digital world?”
